Ordering & shipping
Ordering an illustration, 3D collage or painting is personal: prices are listed with the works, and for a different size or material you receive a quote tailored to you.
Price and quote
Prices are listed with the works and include VAT. If no price is shown, or you would like a different size or material, send a message and you will receive a no-obligation quote by e-mail. Illustrations are limited edition fine art prints, signed and numbered, with a certificate and a mounted hanging system. Smaller or larger sizes are possible.
Shipping
- Shipping within the Netherlands is included in the price
- Outside the Netherlands: shipping costs on request, quoted in advance
- Delivery by parcel service within 14 working days to the address you provide
- Sea freight takes four to six weeks
- Prints are made for you: allow 7 to 14 days of production time, by arrangement
Payment
You pay in advance, by bank transfer to Wijnand Vlok Art. The work remains the property of Wijnand Vlok Art until it has been paid in full. Any refund is made with the same payment method.
Returns
You can return a work within 14 days of receipt (the cooling-off period). Send an e-mail to info@wijnandvlokart.nl; after confirmation you return the work within 7 days. You receive the purchase price within 14 days after the work is back in the studio. Return shipping costs are yours.
Please handle the work and packaging with care during the cooling-off period: only unpack it as far as needed to decide whether you want to keep it. The work must come back undamaged, in its original packaging and with the certificate of authenticity.
